Submit Event

We want to add your event or activity to Beaufort.org! There are two ways to add your listing:

Submission Method #1 (Easy and Fast)

If your event is not listed on our website, please list it at Eventbrite or Meetup then send us the link or URL. This step makes it easy for us to add your event to our calendar. Send the link to Chris Mullen at chrismullen@kw.com using the subject “Beaufort.org Event”.

Submission Method #2 (May Take a Couple Days to Process)

If you prefer NOT to add your event to Eventbrite or Meetup, please email us your event information to Chris Mullen at christophermullen@gmail.com with the following components:

  • Event Name
  • Venue
  • Host
  • Description (250 words or more)
  • Event Website
  • Any Contact Information
  • Dates and Times

If we feel the information provided to us is inadequate, we will probably not add your event to our calendar. We accept most events in South Carolina areas such as Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island. We also accept submissions from Savannah, Georgia.

What kind of events do we accept?

We accept pretty much anything that is family-friendly. We welcome submissions from businesses, non-profits, restaurants, festival committees, conventions, event planners, local chambers, and individuals.

  • Art shows
  • Festivals
  • Small Events
  • Educational Activities
  • Conventions
  • Feasts
  • Public Parties
  • Races and Runs
  • Large Gathering
  • Grand Openings
  • Events for Kids
  • Music Events
  • Comic Cons
  • Expos
  • Auto Shows
  • Bike Weeks
